Information / Discussion Items:
- Boys & Girls Club President Robbie Slocumb updated the Board on expansion and renovations to the Club facilities that will house the Learning Academy.
- Chairman Minor updated the Board on the facility lease discussions.
- Treasurer Larry Winter presented the Treasurer’s report.
Action Item:
- The Board voted unanimously to apply for a line of credit from Builtwell Bank to support start-up operations for the Learning Academy.
Executive Session: Personnel matters
- Chairman Minor stated the need for an Executive Session to discuss personnel matters, and the Board voted unanimously to go into Executive Session.
